Corrections get answered first. If a number on this site is wrong, we want to know more than we want anything else in the inbox.
The fastest route, and the only contact address this site uses: info@sproutandspectrum.com
What we are particularly glad to receive
- A figure we got wrong. Every computed number on this site has its arithmetic shown precisely so it can be checked. If a check fails, tell us — we will correct it and note the correction, per our editorial policy.
- A specification we reported as unpublished. We say on several pages that a manufacturer publishes no photon output. If one now does, send the link and we will update the page and change the statement.
- A sizing question we have not answered. If you have worked through the coverage calculator and something does not add up, that usually means a page needs writing.
- A recommendation that reads as bought. We take affiliate commission and we would rather hear that a page feels compromised than have you quietly stop trusting the site.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty and returns. We do not sell anything. Those go to the retailer or the manufacturer.
- Diagnosing a specific plant. We publish light-level targets and the arithmetic to hit them; we are not horticulturalists and will not pretend to be. Your local extension service will do far better on plant health, and our troubleshooting page covers the light-related symptoms.
- Sponsored posts, guest posts and link placements. None are available at any price. See the affiliate disclosure.
- Product samples. We accept none, which is consistent with never claiming to have tested anything.

Everything here goes to the same inbox as the address above. Please include a link to the page if you are reporting a figure.
About the publisher
Sprout & Spectrum is an independent grow light publisher. It has no premises open to the public, no phone line and no service area — it is a website, and listing an address or a phone number it does not have would be inventing contact details rather than providing them.
The site is published by Slate Mill Group. Who writes it, and what we do instead of testing, is on the about page.
